Our second chance program is designed to help potential renters who are unable to obtain approval to rent. We help individuals to live in quality housing at a reasonable cost, based upon their past credit and rental history.
We offer our customers a legal solution, based on the 1974 US Privacy Act Title V.

Step 1
Submit application:
Submit your application by clicking the link at the bottom of the page. This preliminary application costs you nothing but gives us the necessary information to determine one, if you need our services and two, if we can be of assistance to you. Please upload two paystubs, employment offer letter, bank statements, government award letters, proof of child support so that we are able to assess if you make the necessary income to rent in the area you desire to live in. Additionally, some form of valid identification such a state issued DL/ID, Military ID or US Passport will be required. If you decide to move forward with our services, we will conduct, at no upfront cost to you, a soft criminal background check to ensure that we can accept you as a client and get you approved.
Step 2
Consultation: After we receive the preliminary application, we will contact you to discuss the specifics of your situation. We will provide an outline and a plan to get you renting again in a matter of weeks.
At this time, you will have the option to discuss any questions you may have about your plan. You are advised to write any question down prior to this consultation.
Step 3
Criminal Background Check and Payment: Before we can allow you to pay our fee we must run a criminal background (again, no upfront cost to you). Results for this screening typically take 15 to 20 minutes. Once background is passed we will send you our contract, for you to read and sign, and information on how to make the initial payment, half up front, with the second half due upon approval.
Step 4
Registration:
Upon receipt of the first half of the payment we will be sending you two forms via email that will aid us in your rental application approval. After those forms are completed by you and submitted to us we will begin registration. This registration will typically take 3-5 business days. Upon successful registration we will begin applying to your first choice of rental properties providing you have chosen a property within your budget.
How Fast Can I Get Approved?
Results vary. depending on the clients timeline and circumstances. Typically our clients work on a two week basis, depending on their financial situation at that time. Reasonable expectations are necessary when selecting your monthly rental budget and desired location and keep in mind that a property's locale often determines it's availability and asking price.
